What is included in the price?
All of your accounting: ongoing bookkeeping, VAT returns and a monthly overview of your result and cash position, and once a year your year-end accounts, annual report, income tax return and K10 when relevant. You also get a personal accounting consultant you can ask about your finances whenever you want.
Do I need bookkeeping software as well?
No. Bokly is both the firm and the system – your books are kept in our system and that is part of the price. You need no bookkeeping software of your own and no new login. You send your documents where you already write, in WhatsApp, Slack or email.
How can it cost 749 kr/mo?
The AI handles the repetitive work around the clock, so one accounting consultant can serve far more clients. That efficiency becomes your lower, fixed price, without cutting quality.
Who is Bokly for?
Bokly is built for owner-run small companies – limited companies as well as sole traders. Many of our clients are consultants or sell digital services, but those are examples, not a requirement.
How do I switch from my current accounting agency?
We help you switch and bring over your historical data from your previous agency or bookkeeping software – you'll barely lift a finger. You can then cancel the old software; you do not need it alongside Bokly.
Is there anything not included in the price?
The fixed price covers you as the sole owner of your company, regardless of revenue – your own salary included. If you have staff on the payroll, a high transaction volume, operations in multiple countries, or a more complex company structure, get in touch and we'll look at what fits best.
Can I pay myself a salary from the company?
Yes. If you run the company on your own, payroll for your own salary is part of the fixed price. Taking on staff is a bigger commitment – get in touch and we'll look at what fits best.
What do I actually need to do myself?
Send in your receipts and invoices in the chat, and we handle the rest. If something is missing, you get a reminder right in the channel you already use, such as WhatsApp or Slack.
How do I know the bookkeeping is correct?
Nothing is recorded without a human having seen it. The AI reads and proposes, an accounting consultant reviews and approves before it gets booked – responsibility always rests on real eyes.
Who does what – the AI or the accounting consultant?
The AI handles the day-to-day around the clock: reads documents, codes entries and reconciles. An accounting consultant reviews, approves and is there for questions and advice. The firm carries responsibility for your books just like a traditional accounting firm.
What if my bookkeeping is not up to date?
